	In this course students will learn to use Microsoft Windows XP Operating System more effectively along with mastering the Word, Excel and Power Point applications of the Microsoft Office Suite. They will then learn Open Office, an open source (free) suite of applications similar to MS Office.
	They will also explore using Online (Web Based) free office suites such as Google Apps. Also, a portion of the course will use the Internet to search for materials and information useful in their studies as well as using HTML to create simple web pages.
	Students will learn how to enhance photos using Photoshop, make digital movies using Movie Maker, and create Podcasts using Apple's Garageband.
	Time permitting, students will learn the basics of the Linux and Mac OSX Operating Systems.

By the end of the semester students should be able to electronically produce professional looking documents and multimedia presentations, and be able to understand the basics of
